Isaiah 41:13 For I, the Lord your God, hold your right hand; it is I who say to you, “Do not fear, I will help you.” Are you aware of all the ways God has helped you?
Philippians 4:6 Do not worry about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. Worry less? Pray MORE.
Hebrews 13:6 So we can say with confidence, “The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid. What can anyone do to me?” Say this verse out loud every time you feel distressed!
1 Peter 5:6-7 Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, so that he may exalt you in due time. Cast all your anxiety on him, because he cares for you. Don't submit to your troubles, but to the LORD who controls all your troubles.
