What if our church exceeds the 500 megabytes?[+]
Extra asset space can be added in increments of 100MB. Each of these increments will add $2 a month to your cost.
For example, If at the end of the month, your account is using 724 MB of space, your total charge for the month would be $45.95 (39.95 + $6.00)
What defines an active member?[+]
Active membership is the current membership of the church, those able to login to the member's site. Visitors, former members, and other membership statuses do not apply to this count.
What if my computer crashes?[+]
No worries. Since all data lives on our servers, no data has been lost.
What happens to my data if your server has a power outage?[+]
Nothing, even if the power goes out your data is always saved. Our servers live in a redundantly powered environment. Our databases are fully ACID compliant, the strictest standard in database integrity.
Who can see my data?[+]
You determine who can see your data by setting user permission levels.
How much information can a church member see? [+]
An active member can view read-only information using a login and password on the Member's website.
Who at Church Butler has access to my data?[+]
Church Butler incorporates a very strict privacy policy. Church Butler will not view any of your data unless verbal consent is given from an authorized user.

We will hold your data in an inactive status for 6 months. While we hold your data we are not responsible for lost data.
